Had truck for 4 weeks and told it was not drivable. Called and told truck was all set. Got there and they didn’t fix anything!! They did do the service. When questioned why the truck was not drivable last week but is now. Didn’t get an answer. Horrible experience. Feel like I got screwed!!

Although the front desk staff & Service Manager Eric are very pleasant and nice to deal with, they don't seem to have proper technical help to accomplish what's required, and look neglected, cheap & bare bones compared to any other Dealership. Worse ? Waiting Room?, No loaner car!
My Acadia SLT was in there off & on over 6 months for the same problem that was never fixed; faulty heated seats. I have registered complaints with GM. I finally gave up on this car and did move on to a new Terrain; not something that I wanted to do. Salesperson Jennifer Tracey was wonderful.

I had an 8AM appointment on Saturday morning (oil change and tire rotation) and was greeted by a friendly, energetic lady who represented your company in a professional manner! She saw that I had my briefcase and directed me to the lounge area. The work was done and I was on my way in 45 minutes. After numerous visits to the Service Dept., they were unable to resolve issues with my Acadia. This was extremely frustrating & disappointing. It was obvious that they were unable to operate at the best of their ability; lack of technical help, etc. Not even a decent waiting room! No loaner car!! I went over to the Sales area and met with Jen Tracey, who was outstanding!! She knows her products for sure. She was kind, polite, patient, and a pleasure to deal with. Sold me a new car!!
